"Been here couple of times and had really bad experience. Minra was my stylist the last time I was there and seemed like she was in a hurry to finish my haircut. Hardly took 5-7 mins and ended with pretty mediocre haircut. Would not recommend."

"This Sports Clips is outstanding. Moving to Plano from LA last year, I've been to several different places and this Sports Clips hits on all cylinders for consistent quality, price and nice staff. Diana cut my hair tonight and did a great job. The manager (real short, long hair, I think her name is Kim) is always upbeat and positive. Tonight she showed me how to use the advance check-in from home. They've got my business from now on."

"The “Filipino” manager the jackass “Bait Guru” is referring to is not Filipino. Her name is Kim and she is freaking awesome! Kim has cut my hair for over 10 years. Her team and her service is remarkable. She cuts my hair along with my nephews, son, 2 brother in laws and couple friends. This is why the store has a wait for 15 people at all times and this is why Kim has so many clients to being with...this “Bait Guru” guy below obviously had something screw up his day but hey let’s take it out on the hair cut and the people that TRY to make you look better. Don’t judge Kim or this location based on this guy. Take it from someone that has been to the same location for over 10 years."

"Update 9/12/2018...The owner will address the issue? Unless you terminate that manager, then I won't be coming back. Great clips is just across the street $15 men's haircut, plus a $10 tip to Hoa(sp?), and I am very pleased with my haircut. I have been here multiple times, over the past 6 months, and I gave her multiple attempts to show proper customer service. However, if Vishal (I wouldn't be bragging about your haircut with that ugly mug) wants to discus this further, meet me there, say, Saturday morning??? Original review ============ Completely incompetent management at this location. I had utilized the location on Parker, east of Preston but it simply isn't convenient. After years of visiting Great Clips across the street, I noticed this location across Coit, and only 1/4 mile from the house. 6 months ago, I visited for a haircut, and was provided a stylist with experience, and had a comfortable haircut. 5 months ago, on a Saturday morning, I was driving past the saloon, and I recognized the "Open" sign was displayed above the door at Sport's clip's with cars in the area. This was my 2nd time visiting the Saloon, and I soon discovered that the cars were actually at the Jersey Mike's next door, and the saloon was closed for another 30 minutes. I was the 1st one in the area for a haircut, for the next 20 minutes. When the doors open, after I check-in, the filipino (*we now know her name is 'Kim') looking stylist (the manger) escorts me to the first chair, and in between checking in other customers, she covers me with the poncho, and neck protection, and asks me how I want it cut. After I provided the details, the door opens and she recognizes another customer (a child with parent) walk into the saloon. She then informs me that they have specifically asked for her to cut the child's hair, and starts taking the "poncho" and neck guard off , and tells me to go have a seat and she will find another stylist to cut my hair????? I have already waited near the front of the store for the past 30 minutes (granted I did grab a sub sandwich next door while waiting), and I found this absolutely unacceptable. By this time, the other customers had been seated with a stylist, and I was forced to wait. 10 minutes later, another very young stylist walks into the saloon, and I was assigned Victoria. I find that manager Kim is incompetent, and inconsiderate. I called back to complain, as that is when I was informed she is the manager. I have visited, and used Victoria several times since then. I was in desperate need of a haircut all week (they were closed on Monday for Labor day), and hadn't seen Victoria available while checking in online. At 4:50pm on Thursday, before the end of my work day, I call to confirm she was still cutting hair at this location, as I still didn't see her on the online check-in. The girl that answered the phone indicated that Victoria was there now, and that I could come in and have Victoria cut my hair. There is a line of thunderstorms in the area, and torrential downpour. Coit avenue is is flooding, and my phone is receiving alerts about flooding and lightning in the area. I have a larger 4x4 SUV, and I am there by 5:05pm, I arrived soaking wet (just from walking from the truck to the front door), check-in, and while I see her listed on the device with the icons of stylist working, I am unable to select Victoria. The receptionist confirms that Victoria is not "selectable" on the list, and alerts Victoria of the problem. Victoria informs her that she is/ was off shift at 5:00pm (8 minutes ago), then the receptionist glances over at the wall and quickly apologizes as she misread Friday's schedule for today (Thursday). Victoria indicated she can't stay to cut my hair (haven't I always provided very good TIP$), and I alert manager Kim and she just blows it off, while I stand there dripping wet from coming into this location during the torrential downpour. Absolutely incompetence, and terrible service."
