Mirna did an awesome job cutting my hair

I have had many varying experiences at sport clips. But I found a great stylist today named Leah! She did a great job on my hair (which I am picky about), and she was very friendly and personable! Will definitely be going back to see her!

I used on line check in, which the result was my cut with in 20 minutes. Got there 3 minutes later due to heavy rain and traffic, up on arriving I was bump up 34 more minutes of waiting. I ask why, a very Rude young lady name Kim ( the manager ) reply to me " You are late an we donn't wait for customer, so we took some other guest instead of you" I told her I was only 3 minutes late due to rain, and wasn't right to add 34 minutes for my hair cut. She replayed " we don't wait". I decided to walk away with out the service. If I had any business I would never want to have an employee that rude and way far off target on customer service. Me and my two sons will never returned there for a cut, plus I will make sure I'll let know all my cycling group, which more than a few are using this location about what kind of team leader they have there.
