HairCut Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Plano

I had my hair cut at 4701 West Park Rd in Plano today, I guy that was new cut my hair and it was not a good experience. I only had so long to get my hair cut I I was here for 45 minutes the manager Molly had to step in because he didnt know what to do. The hair cut hurt my head with him going over the same spot multiple times and I didn't even get the hair cut I wanted.I told the manager Molly I dont believe I should have to pay for the hair cut and she did not agree and told me I "absolutely would be". I have been getting my hair cut at this location for 4 years, I let her know she lost a customer today and she did not care nor offer my money back. I hope this is just my experience because if not you will continue to lose business. For $20 sports clips could have kept a loyal customer.

I will not be coming back to this place🤬 Susan cut my hair she had a very badd attitude she smelled like cigarettes, alcohol was present on her breath! I'm not one to judge so I gave it a try my hair has been butchered I had to go home and shave it all off will not be coming back I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Kim did a great job on my haircut. It was my 1st visit to Sport Clips so she upgraded me to the MVP for FREE!!!! I’ll be back and highly recommend this SportClips store at Coit & Legacy in Plano.
